Description
Workshop is designed for all those who manage a sales team of 1- 20 plus persons to learn the leadership skills to maximize reaching company team sales goals. Learn how to id the communication style of your team, how to motivate your team members to be ALL IN and reach both their personal and team sales goals. This workshop is also good for those who manage customer service teams.
